Basic principle

OneVoice works with the content already held in your Microsoft 365 environment, connected via SharePoint. No content is moved into a third-party environment. Existing access and role concepts are therefore the starting point of any implementation.

Responsibility

Editorial responsibility lies with the owner of the respective content block. The AI supports searching, structuring and checking, but does not create the substance of a statement on its own.

All of these topics are agreed directly with the customer and adapted to their specific requirements and policies.
