In short
This website uses no tracking, no analytics and no marketing cookies. Fonts are served locally, no external services are loaded when the page is opened. That is why there is no consent banner here – there would simply be nothing to consent to.
We only process personal data if you actively contact us or if our hosting provider creates technically required server logs.

If you write to us
Via the contact form, a draft email to markus.illing@one-voice.io is prepared in your local email client. This website itself does not store or transmit any data.
Once your message reaches us, we process your name, email address, company and your occasion solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when initiating or performing a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We delete your request as soon as it has been fully handled and no statutory retention periods apply – under commercial and tax law these are usually 6 or 10 years.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by a service provider on our behalf. When the site is accessed, this provider processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, volume of data transferred, referrer as well as browser and operating system identifiers.
This data is required for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. The logs are deleted promptly, at the latest after 30 days.
Cookies, tracking, fonts
We only use technically necessary functionality. There are no analytics tools, no profiling, no automated decision-making and no disclosure for advertising purposes.
The font used is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other content delivery networks, and no transfer to third countries takes place.
